I built my career at the intersection of media, business, and technology, which gave me a systems view of how digital products actually work. I think in terms of end-to-end flows, not just features. How business intent becomes customer experience, how orders move through systems, and how revenue is shaped by the architecture behind the scenes.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve focused deeply on ecommerce. I’ve led technical programs, worked hands-on as a senior engineer inside large ecosystems, and shipped products across the full lifecycle from concept to checkout to fulfillment. That range allows me to move comfortably between strategy and execution.

Today my focus is the shift from human-only software development to AI-augmented production. The bottleneck is no longer writing code. It is defining clear, structured context so humans and AI systems can execute together. I’m working on how to operationalize that transition, designing workflows where agents can safely participate in content, commerce, and engineering without sacrificing rigor or governance.
